Testimonials

Tamara is a unique musician and talented teacher. She pours her heart and soul into her lessons, bringing theatrical, passionate and creative energy to her lessons. I have found her tutelage to be engaging, inspiring and incredibly growing to my abilities as an aspiring pianist and as a person.

Vicky Cheng

Tamara is an extraordinary teacher. Everything she teaches comes from the fact that she is a performer at an international level and that she has a complete mastery of every aspect of musicality – polyphony, composition, music theory to name a few.
She teaches to get the best possible musician from every individual. Tamara has taught my two sons as young children, then as teenagers and as young adults, and she has taught me as an adult beginner. Every one of us has had the teaching experience best suited to us.
Tamara wants us to think about and to feel the music as we perform and practice. She focuses on the physical aspects of performance as much as the technical nature of the music and its spirit.
In order to be a student of Tamara’s you need to concentrate, work hard and practice. It is worth it.
