About

I love to empower students of any age with the ability to read music and play their vioin or viola comfortably. From there, they can pick the type of music they want to play together whether is be AMEB exam content, speedy Irish Jigs or pop music covers. My focus is on giving students the tools and technique to problem solve independantly, encouraging them to be the best violinist or violist they can be!

Over my 20+ years of playing I have been fortunate to experience a wide variety of musical styles from operas, to quartets to rock bands. I love the variety of music styles you can be involved with by playing the violin and viola.

I have completed many exams for violin and theory including AMEB and VCE, studied at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School and completed my Bachelor of Music at Monash University. I have had the chance to play in ensembles traveling through Italy, China and Singapore.

I possess a current Working With Children Check.
