Hi, I’m Henry from Drum Nest — a Brisbane-based drum tutor offering beginner and developing drum lessons.
My lessons are practical, relaxed, and built around helping students play real music as soon as possible. I work with each student’s individual style, personality, goals, and learning pace, rather than forcing everyone through the exact same method.
Whether you’re completely new to drums, getting back into playing, or wanting to build confidence with songs, timing, technique, and coordination, I’ll help you develop strong fundamentals in a way that feels clear and enjoyable.
I teach a range of styles including rock, pop, punk, metal, and general contemporary music, with a focus on groove, confidence, and steady progress.
Lessons are available from my Brisbane studio, with mobile lessons available throughout Brisbane for an additional travel fee depending on distance.
