Biography

Hi
My name is Sophie Frith.
I am an instrumental Music teacher .
I teach Woodwind and Brass as well as piano and music theory.

I am a graduate of the Queensland Conservatorium of music. I have worked with concert and stage bands and played trumpet in symphony orchestras. I have worked as Trumpet tutor for the Queensland Youth Orchestra as well as being a member of QYO and QYO Brass Quintet.
I have played in London with the Trinity College of Music Brass Ensemble.
I have self published several piano technique and beginner to intermediate piano compositions.
I’m a firm believer in music being beneficial to learning and cognitive development.
I enjoy teaching and still strive to bring the best out of any student to help them realise their potential. 🙂
