Teacher Profile
The Piano is a beautiful instrument which can be played for pure enjoyment with or without advancing through the AMEB Examination process. I prefer to play the acoustic piano. I am a traditional piano teacher who encourages correct technique and reading of music. Most importantly it is for lessons to be enjoyable as music is such a wonderful part of everyday life. Learning to read music means that students are able to play music of their own choice – and not just the pieces of music handed to them through lessons. As with all areas of learning, everyone has a different way of understanding what they are being taught. My job is two-fold, to be successful in the passing of knowledge and my love of the piano.
