Aberdeen Hinze is a professional Violin teacher located in the heart of Brisbane city. She was the head Instrumental String teacher at at Saint Eugene Catholic College, Burpengary from 2014-2016, during this time founded two strong instrumental ensemble programs of 40+ students. She completed her Bachelor of Music at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music majoring in Advanced Performance Violin in 2016 with excellence. She completed a Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) in 2017.
Aberdeen completed her Associate Diploma in Music, Australia (AMusA) in 2014. This is a diploma awarded by examination to outstanding candidates in the fields of musical performance and music theory by the Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB). Aberdeen predominantly teaches through the AMEB study method, however completed Suzuki performance during her schooling therefore also teaches this method to younger students.
Aberdeen has performed as professional violinist internationally with the Xian Symphony Orchestra and within Australia whilst studying.
Her students range in age and technical levels from young beginners (from 8 years old) to advanced violinists wishing to pursue a career in violin performance, preparing for high level AMEB examinations and university auditions. She also teaches a few mature aged learners picking up the cello and violin as a hobby.

In addition to instrument performance lessons Aberdeen also offers all necessary training in Aural and Theory to meet the requirements of all AMEB and equivalent examinations.
