Born in Vietnam, Anna Le has been involved in the world of piano music since the age of 5 and she was trained the classical Russian pianistic style with Ms. Mai Thu Thuy.
At the age of 16, she moved to Australia for further study under the instruction of Dr. Wojciech Wisniewsky at the Australian Institute of Music (AIM) and completed her education with a Master of Music. At AIM she refined her technique and developed a sound of greater beauty and projection. She later studied with piano luminaries Ms. Katerina Makarova, Mr. Luu Hong Quang and Ms. Suzanna Hinkla. Her performances have taken place at such prestigious venues as St Andrews Cathedral and the Art Gallery of NSW.
Anna is always eager to pass her profound love of performing on to her students. As well as being an accomplished classical pianist, she is a versatile and well-rounded musician; a songwriter, singer and is comfortable playing popular music. Anna is experienced at teaching all styles of piano music and has taken students through exams with consistently excellent results. Anna has experiences teaching students aged 4 to 64. She tailors each lesson to the needs of the particular student whether it is performing, AMEB exams, or simply just for leisure. She is a patient, encouraging and creative teacher who wishes to introduce piano to you as a life-long friend.
