Harry Lambrou is a passionate drummer / percussionist that has had over 13 years experience in performing. Harry received a scholarship to study a Bachelor Of Music Degree at the Australian International Conservatorium of Music. He performs in many different genres including funk, rock, jazz, pop, Latin, world and blues. He performs with swing big bands, military drum corps, rock bands, and currently has with his own band “Lambrou Bros.”. He performs at many different reputable venues across Sydney and marches on yearly ANZAC day celebrations as a drum major for his own drum corp. Harry teaches from his home studio conveniently located in Balgowlah, with an extensive set up of full drum kits and accessories. Harry is proficient in site reading music notation enabling him to teach students to read and write music with confidence. Harry is available to students of all ages (infants, primary and secondary) from beginners to advanced and is available from after school hours. Harry is not only a drum kit player but plays many other instruments such as the didgeridoo, Cajon, congas, guitar and other specialty percussion instruments. He performs regularly with his home built Cajon and Australian ghost gum Stomp Box. Harry is expert in the area of music production specialising in the music production software Logic Pro X. He has recorded, mixed and mastered tracks for both other artists and his own band. Harry has a wide knowledge about different areas in the music industry making him a versatile teacher.
