Iain is a freelance Trombonist and educator with over 15 years teaching experience. He has performed with artists such as James Morrison, Emma Pask, Don Rader, Rhonda Burchmore, Jacki Cooper, David Helfgott, David Campbell, Carl Risely plus many others. As a Low Brass Musician, Iain has had the opportunity to perform on live TV, record TV advertisements, CD Albums and professional musical theatre shows such as ‘Dr Zhivago’, ‘Mary Poppins’, ‘Love Never Dies’ , ‘An Officer and a Gentlemen’ and Lion King as well as the ‘Dr Who Spectacular’ held in the Sydney Opera House in Dec 2012. Iain is able to achieve fantastic results from his students by using fun music to learn while still learning technical exercises which motivates them to practice.
