Theresa has over 6 years of violin teaching experience and 4 years of classroom music experience. She incorporates many aspects of classroom curriculum into her violin pedagogy to give students a holistic progression.
Students are exposed to a range of genres and styles of music. She motivates and engages students through songs and pieces traditional to violin pedagogy but always likes to include songs that children enjoy in their day to day lives. This enables students to progress technically, but see rewards from their learning early on.
With a warm and empathetic nature. students always feel comfortable with Theresa. Her philosophies resonate with the creation of a safe and fun learning environment and encouraging students to have an appreciation for all styles of music.
