Piano Music Teacher and Accompanist


Born in South Korea, Wendy began piano lessons aged five. In 2009, she moved to Adelaide and completed the Special Interest Music Program at Marryatville High School with her teacher Diana Harris OAM. She participated in the Young Accompanists’ Showcase and won prizes from the Adelaide Eisteddfod Society. She has maintained a significant presence in music making as a chorister of the Elder Conservatorium Chorale and as a pianist of the accordion and piano duo with the professional accordion player, Daniel Garcia. Wendy is a DECD authorised private music instructor with solid skills and experience teaching private classes and in Schools. She is fully qualified with a Bachelor of Music specialising in Classical Piano Performance at The University of Adelaide. She is patient, inspiring and motivating to help students to reach their full potential, particularly for young musicians. She is versatile to provide creative and effective lessons to suit individual’s needs and meet their specific goals. Lessons can be arranged at her home studio in Tranmere. Trial lesson for free!
