My name is Rach and Im a rock drummer whose been playing drums for 25yrs now.
I have plenty of experience playing live with original bands and have shared the stage with some awesome local musicians.
I’ve taught privately and in schools and love seeing new students get excited to be involved in the learning process.
The most rewarding feeling is seeing each student’s individual progression.
With my online-only lessons you can expect to get a well-rounded understanding of drumming.
You will learn content that has purpose and provide a foundation to progress from.
Key aspects of drumming will be covered such as groove, stickings, independence, timing (which is the most important aspect of drumming), playing songs and good technique.
As you learn I will help you find your own creativity to draw from and have it come across fluently.
Every student will have their own rate of learning, which I will cater for in a fun environment as you work towards achieving your goals.
