About

Hello, I am Glavier, a classical harpist currently teaching at St. Michael’s Grammar and in my private studio, as well as regularly involved in solo performances for weddings and events. I completed a Master of Music (Performance Teaching) at the University of Melbourne. I began my musical training in 2009 at the renowned Simon Bolivar Conservatory in Venezuela.

I’m now accepting new students for private lessons in my studio or online. I started teaching in 2017 and hold a valid Working with Children Check. I have previously taught at Toorak College, Genazzano FCJ College, Footscray City Primary School, and Music Works Magic.

If you always dreamed about playing the harp this is your chance! I can teach both beginners and more advanced students to play the lever or pedal harp, and will also reinforce or teach the fundamentals of Music Theory.

The lessons can go for 30, 45 or 60 minutes and I will provide all the music scores and books for learning. The harp lessons are located in Mount Waverley. You can get more information about harp lessons on my website: https://www.harpmelbourne.com/
