About

Welcome to the House of Voice, we are a Melbourne based singing and music studio led by vocal coach Alisha Gartland.

The House of Voice provides fully qualified and specialist training for all singers, pianists/keyboardists, guitarists and songwriters from complete beginner to professional.

We align singers and musicians to their true voice (whatever the instrument) through holistic and specialist methods that are unique to The House of Voice. We also provide opportunities to develop as an artist, through one on one songwriting classes with Oh Pep Singer/Songwriter, Olivia Hally

The House of Voice began as a singing studio operating under the belief that ‘If you can speak, you can sing” training singers in all aspects of a singers mind, body and awareness so that singer’s sound can encompass their entire vocal and artistic potential in our specialised singing lessons

Now having recently grown to include Guitar, Piano and Songwriting we believe the same is true for other practices of music, employing teachers who not only have specialist knowledge and training, but whom are also passionate about helping students discover their own unique ‘voice” using their instrument or songwriting platform.

The House of Voice allows you to further your skills as an artist through lessons such as ‘Songwriting’, ‘Piano for Singers’ and ‘Guitar for Singers’ and hone your skills as a Musician with ‘Guitar Lessons’, ‘Piano Lessons’ and ‘Music Theory & Aural Lessons’.

Alongside two major performances held throughout the year, 2 themed nights and open mic/gig nights. There are also many opportunities to further yourself through the performance experiences offered both internally and externally.
