For more than 45 years, I have devoted myself to teaching piano and guiding students into the world of music with warmth, patience, and deep professional care. My teaching career began in Russia, where I spent 25 years working in music schools, helping young musicians build strong technique, musical understanding, and expressive confidence. After moving to Australia, I continued this work with the same dedication, supporting students of all ages — from young beginners to advanced performers.
I have extensive experience teaching children with ADHD and Level 1 Autism, gently adapting my methods so every learner can progress with clarity, joy, and a sense of inner stability. Parents often tell me their children become more focused, more confident, and more motivated after starting lessons.
Over the years, many of my students have achieved excellent AMEB results, received scholarships, won competitions, and performed in concerts, including showcase events at Elder Hall. These achievements reflect both their hard work and the structured, encouraging environment I create in every lesson.
My background includes a Diploma in Music and Pedagogy, as well as many years of experience as a concertmaster and accompanist. I believe that music grows best when teaching is both structured and compassionate — when technique is built step by step, and creativity is allowed to shine.
My goal is simple: to help every student develop strong musical foundations, confidence in their abilities, and a lifelong love for music.
