Madison Levi is a professionally trained vocalist, composer, performer, private tutor and creative mentor.
With each singing lesson, she endeavours to empower her students into their own vocal autonomy by showing them how they can navigate and direct their vocal development through the use of self enquiry and focused observation.
Her teaching approach is informed by over a decade of practical experience, a functional knowledge of anatomical voice science & a passion for emotional & physical wellbeing.
From the age of five years old, Madison has shown an insatiable interest in singing. She has dedicated her life to understanding how it functions and to finding ways to enhance, sharpen and shape it so that she can continually paint more elaborate melodies in her performances and compositions.
Her unshakable fascination has lead her to pursue the study of voice both within and beyond educational institutions for over a decade. After training under vocal aficionado, Leigh Carriage (PhD) and completing her BA in Contemporary Vocal Performance and Pedagogy, Madison began teaching as a piano and voice tutor for private music schools while simultaneously pursuing a career as a performing artist and recording session musician.
Her musical pursuits have lead her to tour throughout Australia and Japan, release multiple E.P.’s, record in professional grade studios around the country and run group voice workshops within festivals.
Well versed in the fields of vocal anatomy, music theory, performance and industry protocol, Madison now combines her knowledge of voice with her interests in psychotherapy, meditation and somatic embodiment to deliver a wholistic approach to vocal training with the hope that she may continue to share her joy and passion for singing by assisting others in liberating their own vocal expression.
