TEACHING
Australian violinist Jimmy Park is a sought-after violinist and educator with an active performing career and extensive private teaching experience. With an emphasis on efficiency and critical thinking, Jimmy’s pedagogical philosophy focuses on maximising his students’ results and development with as little effort as possible. Students of all ages should never feel ‘stuck’ in their journey with learning to play the instrument – with the right guidance, focus and problem-solving, practicing and performing can and should be both fun and rewarding. Jimmy’s uniquely varied background has earned him a consistent track record with helping students of all backgrounds, aptitudes and ages (4 to 54) pass AMEB exams, youth orchestra and university entrance auditions since 2022, as well as teaching advanced students at a tertiary level.
