About

Teresa is currently studying a Masters in Music Therapy at University of Melbourne. She is passionate about children’s development through musical experiences.

She completed her undergraduate in music performance at Monash University in 2012, and has also achieved the A.Mus.A. and L.Mus.A. diplomas. She was awarded Monash University’s Vice-Chancellor’s Ensemble Leadership Scholarship and the Best of Piano, and also studied piano in Italy in 2010.

Teresa is experienced in teaching students of all ages and skill level. She is passionate about creating fun learning environments to nurture music passion.

If interested, she is available for AMEB exams, as well as accompanying instrumentalists for exams/performances.

Teresa is friendly, patient, and tailors her lessons to her student’s abilities and interests. She encourages a holistic approach, with lessons covering a wide range of musical genres (classical, pop, contemporary), technical work, music theory, aural, and sight-reading. She welcomes students from all cultural backgrounds.
