The adventure begins here..

I teach from my home studio and have created beautifully illustrated music songbooks for all the beginner levels into the more intermediate and advanced stages of learning.

Each song is selected to increase your awareness of rhythm and melodic form, while also giving you a foundational understanding of the patterns behind music, ways to accompany a melody creatively and skills to recognise notation signs and symbols.

It’s all about the movement of the melody. You’ll feel the rhythm, express yourself stunningly and be inspired to create as you go!

Fully qualified instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience in the music classroom, music director of various music ensembles and professional music tutor for the individual student. I hold a Bachelor of Music with a piano major and flute minor. Students of all ages are welcome!

Classes are motivating, encouraging and employ a range of styles such as chord-based methods, contemporary popular music, score reading and classical AMEB standards.
