About

We are a group of people who belong to the Melkite Scouts Marching Band. The Marching Band currently plays some church hymns and Middle Eastern music.

We are looking for a teacher who has experience with Marching Bands and can teach techniques for playing trumpets and the reading of some musical notes.

Also, if there are any teachers who have the ability to teach saxophone as well as trombone. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Initially, the lessons will be conducted voluntarily. However, we are open to discussing the hourly rate in the near future. The main thing is finding the right teacher.

Currently, practice is held on Saturday evenings from 6pm to 8.30pm in Fairfield, but this can be changed if we find the right teachers. The members are mainly from the Northern Suburbs.

If you are a music school and we can hold the practice at your school, then we are open to discussing this approach.
