Violin lessons

I have been teaching for many years, and I love my job. Some of my students have gone on to international careers as performers or music teachers, and others simply enjoy having music in their lives, and the richness it brings. Although my training and performance experience is mostly classical, I was in a bush band for fifteen years, so if folk or Celtic music is your thing, I can help with that too. I am a soprano as well as a violinist, and studied voice while at the Conservatorium, and later obtained my A.Mus.A. in singing. I have sung roles in operetta, musicals, and oratorio over the years, as well as fronting a jazz big band for a few years, singing in the bush band, and the Brisbane Chorale up until COVID!
