As a dedicated beginner violin educator, I specialise in helping beginner students build strong technique, musical confidence, and a genuine love for playing. With years of teaching experience across beginners, returning adults, and advancing young musicians, I tailor every lesson to each student’s goals, learning style, and pace.
My teaching approach blends clear technical foundations with creativity, encouragement, and practical musicianship. Whether a student is preparing for exams, joining an ensemble, or learning purely for enjoyment, I focus on developing healthy playing habits, expressive tone, and a solid understanding of musical concepts.
I believe music should be both challenging and joyful. My lessons create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable exploring new skills, asking questions, and celebrating their progress. I’m committed to helping each learner grow not only as a violinist but as a confident, curious musician.
I have played violin since 2015 and have been involved in orchestras such as the Queensland Young Conservatorium, SHEP and more. I have dedicated many years to studying through the Australian Music Examinations Board and have worked hard to build my skills and become an excellent player.
