Hello, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Wendy and I have been playing brass instruments since I was 5 years old. I regularly perform in Orchestra’s, Chamber group and Brass Band ensembles on a weekly basis. I am currently employed with a private school in Geelong teaching over 20 private students and classroom. Over the years I have studied with various members and ex-members of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and other leading players throughout Australia and Europe.
Since 2009, I have taught all levels of brass (Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, Euphonium/Baritone & Tuba) to primary, secondary and adult students individually and within a group setting. I have taught both face-to-face and online with great success and have guided many students through AMEB examinations with outstanding results.
I love sharing my love of music with students of all ages and would describe my teaching style as versatile. I have excellent rapport with my students and often have past students from previous schools reach out to ask if they can continue tuition with me privately.
I currently have some time available for 30 or 45 minute lessons.
