Teacher Profile
Jennifer was a finalist in the Chappell Gold Medal piano competition at the Royal College of Music, the highest award at the college. She won the Scarlatti prize and a bursary to study at the Mozarteum Summer School in Salzburg, Austria. Whilst at the College, she was a member of the Chamber Choir which sang at Kings College, Cambridge and Westminster Abbey, to commemorate the centenary of the RCM. She has given solo piano and accompanied at concerts in London, Zimbabwe, Sydney and South Africa. Her pupils range from the very young to seniors, and most undertake examinations, festivals and concert performances. ‘Enjoyment in creative learning’ is the Clarkson Piano Studio motto.
