My approach to lessons is very personal. I like to get to know the student so that I can better understand what will work best for them. Lessons are tailored to each and every student. One of the most rewarding experiences for me as a teacher is to witness how music allows students to blossom in their willingness to take on challenges, which builds their self confidence.
I am a northern beaches of Sydney native clarinetist/saxophonist/pianist and passionate educator with over twenty years of performing experience and over fifteen years of teaching experience. I am passionate about teaching and learning, and believe in the power of music to enrich our lives. My students have been accepted to Cambridge University and I have worked alongside The Juilliard School in New York and The Royal College of Music in London.
I am a registered Australian and UK school teacher with annual Police certification and esafety training for online lessons
