Teacher Profile
Jacqui started her music career as percussionist in the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra while studying music. She worked for a puppet theatre as Musician in Residence, high school music teacher for a few years, then engaged in private music tuition (drums, keyboard, piano) for a number of years.
Composition achievements include performance and recording of ‘Sunrise’, a short symphonic work, by Dutch radio broadcast organisation NCRV.
After a career change into Social Work (counselling) for a number of years she has returned to teaching music and composing.
