Kate Fowles

I have been teaching piano and singing since 1995. I qualified in South Africa with a Bachelor of Music (education) and also have a Master’s of Music performance (singing). I am a professional Opera singer and Church musician. I relocated to Australia in 2009 and have been teaching in Woonona at my home studio since 2013. I have a variety of students from adults to small children. I have taught autistic students and have put others through their HSC music exams and outside AMEB examinations. I have also taught music at schools in South Africa and recently in Wollongong. I love music and my main aim is to share the love of music with my students. I have been a member of Opera Australia’s extra chorus and sung for a number of other opera companies in both South Africa and Australia.
