Greg Ford

I have been teaching violin and viola for many years and am a graduate of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. I have had a long professional playing career playing in many of Australia,s top ensembles including the Sydney and Melbourne Symphony orchestras, the ACO, Sinfonia Australiis, Gagliano String Quartet and the Opera Australia Orchestra. I am experienced teaching all age groups and levels and welcome beginner adults.
I have taught in many schools including Barker College, Sydney Grammar, PLC Croydon and Annandale North Primary. As a qualified and very experienced teacher of the Alexander Technique I have skill working to resolve issues relating to excess tension and playing related injuries. I have prepared many students for exams and auditions.
