Teacher Profile
I am a professional cellist and music educator.
I currently work for the Australian Children’s Music Foundation bringing music to disadvantaged children. I also work closely with the Australian Chamber Orchestra, facilitating quartet concerts in primary schools. I am also a professional chamber musician – I run the ‘Bach in the Dark’ concert series currently on-line during COVID.
I have been teaching cello and classroom music for over 20 years. I have a special ability with primary-aged children – I guarantee they will enjoy their lessons and want to practise! I also enjoy teaching adults, and the complexity that brings. I am also very happy teaching adults too!
