I am a passionate classical violinist currently studying, with over a decade of experience playing the violin. I’m currently preparing towards my AMEB Associate in Music (AMus) violin examination and have a strong background in classical repertoire, technique, ensemble playing, and performance.
I enjoy helping younger and developing violinists build their confidence, find joy in making music, and establish a solid technical foundation. My lessons are tailored to each student’s age, experience, and goals—whether they are picking up the violin for the first time, working through AMEB repertoire, preparing for a performance, or simply looking to become a more confident player.
As someone who is actively performing and studying the violin myself, I understand the challenges that come with learning an instrument. I aim to create lessons that are encouraging and structured, while still being enjoyable. My focus is on developing good technique, musicality, listening skills, and a genuine love of music.
I am particularly happy to work with beginner students and can assist with technique, scales, sight-reading, repertoire, AMEB preparation, and ensemble skills.
