Hi, my name is Yuen Man Chiu, Katy.
I come from Hong Kong. I have been playing the piano for more than 20 years. My music background is ABRSM, and I did the grade 8 piano exam and grade 5 theory exam in Hong Kong. I have been in Australia for about six years already.
I have been teaching piano in Australia for around 3 years. I teach about 10 students in my free time—their age around 5 years old to 35 years old. I love teaching the piano. No matter they are kids or adults. I can find myself when I am teaching them.
I am a Christian and serve in the worship team for more than 10 years. I believe my experience can help my students solve their problem in playing church music without any contemporary music background; at the same time, they can cooperate with the team well.
The teaching method, I can offer group learning (e.g., workshop, playgroup with parents), one-on-one lesson, and live stream teaching.
